As much as I love working out in the studio, and I know that studios are taking the proper measures to ensure everyone is safe, I am personally limiting my time (traveling to studios, train time, etc..) for in-person workouts due to COVID-19. #UncoveringLife
My biggest struggle with at-home workouts is finding the motivation. I always seem to find excuses, not hold the plank as long as I would, or cut the workout in half.

HOW TO HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE:
??♀️Get dressed as if you were going to a workout! When I find myself wearing my workout sets, it puts me in a similar mindset as if I was going to a class. ??♀️NYC life means tight spaces. Fit your yoga mat, weights, whatever you need in one area so it’s easy to grab. These bala weights are great.
??♀️Go about your daily routine, if you find yourself usually heading to 6:30 AM workouts, stick to that! It is tempting to tell yourself that you’ll do it later in the day now that you’re WFH, but realistically there will still be limited time during the day since you’ll be working. Doing your workouts at the same time will help that!
??♀️FaceTime a friend! If you prefer working out in a community setting, this makes it a bit easier
